Locations

We list a location only when we can deliver a server there. Stock changes; the order confirmation is the final word.

Choosing a location

Put the server close to the people or systems that talk to it most. For a US-wide audience, a central location such as Chicago or Dallas keeps round trips to both coasts reasonable. If your users are in one region, pick that region. Latency between the US coasts is roughly 60 to 80 ms, which matters for chatty database connections and much less for a web page served through a CDN.

All facilities we use have redundant power and cooling and multiple upstream network carriers. Ask in your order request if you need specific facility documentation for a compliance review.
