First 7 days
If a server is not delivered as described in your order confirmation and we cannot fix that within 7 days of handover, you can cancel and we refund the first invoice in full, including setup and one-time fees.
Monthly services
Cancel any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Partial months are not refunded.
Quarterly, annual and biennial terms
Prepaid terms are not refundable after the first 7 days, except where we terminate the Service for our convenience, in which case we refund the unused portion pro rata.
One-time services
Migration and hardening fees are refundable in full if we have not started the work. Once work has started they are not refundable, but if we cannot complete a migration we agreed to do, we refund the fee.
Licenses and IP addresses
Third-party license fees (such as cPanel or Plesk) and IPv4 address fees are not refundable for the current month.
Not covered
No refund is due when a Service is suspended or terminated for non-payment or for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
How to ask
Email support@ifhosting.com with the invoice number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
